Accredited Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and former food industry insider with a mission to help busy, driven, women build strength, confidence and finally find food freedom without having to obsessively count calories or stick to rigid meal plans.
There truly is nothing better than watching a woman break free from toxic diet cultures, trust herself around food, start to lift confidently and feel her confidence grow.
